Just got a call from someone saying they're with Microsoft. I hung up straight away 'cos everyone knows Microsoft ain't gonna ring you like that. I saw in your 'bad numbers' list there are loads starting with 01653 - seems like the scammers have grabbed a bunch of these. Watch out for any calls from that area!
