I’ve bought stuff from Regal Fish before and had no problems.

Got calls from this number 3 times over the past 4 days. Found out it's linked to Regal Fish in Grimsby. Every time they ring, I can hear a lot of background noise like a call centre, then the call just drops. I guess it’s their sales team trying to push new orders, but why don’t they just talk to me? I’ve blocked the number, but they keep getting through anyway. Thinking of giving the company a bell to sort this out.

Regal Fish can be a bit much for me, a bit too insistent. But my missus seems to like them alright. Funny thing is, they always ask for her by name and just ignore me completely. Not really shocking though!

I tried Regal Fish Supplies for a few special events because their fish is pretty good quality. However, their prices are quite steep, so I can't afford to get from them often. They ring me about every month and a half, but if I'm not interested, I just don’t bother answering. They keep calling back though, which is a bit much, especially since the cost has gone up quite a bit!

Regal Fish used to have my business but then they kept calling over and over, realy annoying. Ive had no choice but to block them now, but they still ring me like its some kind of joke. Took my custom somewhere else instead.

Each time, I’ve made it abundantly clear that they’ve got the wrong number and they need to stop calling. Yet, they persist, ringing me nearly every day, sometimes even two or three times in a row. It’s becoming utterly infuriating, to the point where I’ve lost my temper and shouted at them. They have the gall to call back, asking me not to use foul language, and my retort is always the same: “If you want to avoid my swearing, stop ringing me! It’s high time you understood that the person you’re looking for does NOT reside here, and this is NOT their number!” Honestly, I believe this amounts to harassment, and should it carry on, I won’t hesitate to consult a lawyer. As for their claims of calling from ‘Advantage’, I’ve tried to find out more about them, but to no avail.

Since Covid hit, it feels like they’re really pushing hard for sales and trying to grab every chance. I told them I wasn’t interested right now and if I wanted anything, I’d order online or ring them up myself. But now they keep calling me at least twice daily, every day of the week, and they leave loads of voicemails. I’ve blocked their number and will be buying from somewhere else going forward.

Honestly, this is utterly ridiculous. I was a customer once, but it’s been more than two years since I disengaged, and I still receive calls on both my mobile and landline. I've asked multiple times to be taken off their calling list, yet the nuisance persists. I’ve escalated this harassment to OfCom (ofcom.org.uk), and I strongly recommend that others follow suit until Regal gets their house in order.

I'm rather tired of receiving these unnecessary phone calls; they really ought to cease.

My husband has informed the caller several times that we are not interested in making any further purchases and have requested them to take our information off their list. Despite this, we continue to be bombarded with over four calls a day for several days on end. This is quite outrageous.

I let a few calls from this number slip by unnoticed and saw it's been flagged here, albeit without any insights. Eventually, I managed to return a call and discovered it's linked to Regal Fish in Grimsby-our usual fish supplier-but curiously, they seem to have a different number now compared to what they’ve used previously.
