I had an absolutely distressing phone call from a rather impolite lady named Susan. Her accent was quite thick, which made her hard to decipher. She mentioned an issue with my 'internet media', but when I admitted I was confused, she shockingly responded with a string of expletives directed at me, saying ‘**** you’ multiple times before abruptly terminating the call. What a dreadful experience!
