Got a call late last night around 1:30am from someone saying there was weird activity on my account and asking if I was online. They said they'd sort it out for me. Thing is, I don't even use the internet on this line since I’ve got two separate ones. When I told them they were full of it, they just hung up on me.

Got a call from someone I don't recognise, but as soon as my voicemail picked up, they just hung straight up. Weird!

some bloke called eddy claiming to be from microsoft called me saying my system had corrupt files and dodgy pop ups, said they’d fix it but only if i gave them access. i wasnt even on the internet at the time so it sounded fishy. i told him politely to leave me alone and then blocked the number. i reckon he or someone else will be ringing again from a different number. shouldn’t bt or offcom do something about blocking these fake caller IDs? feels like they let these scammers get away with it way too easily.
