Got a call from this number today 28/02/18, with a robotic woman saying she was from TalkTalk. She told me they needed to update my IP address and warned my account would be cut off within 24 hours if I didn’t comply. Didn’t ring back though. Instead, I got in touch with TalkTalk using their legit customer service line and reported it. They said it’s not one of their genuine numbers and promised to look into it. Seems like a dodgy scam call to me.
