Right after ending a call with some pushy person who was warning me about my computer being hacked (that was a completely different number), this new number suddenly called my landline. I ignored it this time, but then the same voice left a really harsh and loud message on my answerphone, telling me to answer straight away. Over the next three minutes, the phone kept ringing about fifteen times, each time from a different number but all beginning with 016. Proper irritating.
