They rang me up several times claiming to be from my insurance firm, trying to get details about my life cover. They kept asking loads of questions about what policy I had. I asked why they needed to ask me if they were representing the company I’m insured with. After a bit longer, I told them I’d already involved the ombudsman and my son was handling everything. Then suddenly, they said it was all too complex and hung up. Seems fishy to me, probably a scam.

Got a call that seemed dodgy, they didn’t even say which company they were from, just jumped right into talking about some insurance policy. Feels like a scam to me.

Got a call from some young bloke claiming he was with an insurance company. He began firing off loads of questions, so I just ended the call.

Claimed to be an insurance salesman, but he wouldn't stop probing me with personal questions. It got a bit too intense, so I decided to cut it short and hang up. What really unsettled me was that he somehow knew my name. Quite concerning, if you ask me!
