I picked up and gave them my full phone number, area code and all. Then an automated woman’s voice, sounding English but no clear accent, told me she was from BT. She said my IP got hacked and that my connection might be stopped soon. I just ended the call there. Seems to me they were probably trying to hack into my PC, so I’d say it’s pretty dodgy!
