Got called from a number near me, didn’t answer at first. Then they tried again from a slightly different number, 01643870095. This time I picked up, and some bloke said he was a local heating consultant. He assumed I owned the house, which I don’t. When I asked where he got my details from, he claimed I’d had insulation done - which is rubbish. I pressed him on that a bit more and he just ended the call.
