I’ve just encountered the very same situation. A rather insistent lady called me, pressing for the age of my boiler. She then suggested they could send someone over next week to inspect it. When I attempted to return the call, it went straight to voicemail! I’m definitely flagging this with the other firm for pestering me. She even told my mum it was of utmost importance! Complete scam, and it really riles me up!
