I got a robo call warning me there's an issue with my internet, and they said they'd cut it off in 4 hours if I didn't give them my info and order a new router. This is the second time I’ve received this same call. Just to set things straight, they’re ringing my direct line at a busy company where we have a dedicated IT department and top-notch broadband! Really disappointing behaviour from them!
