i'm from middlesbrough, so when i saw the number started with 01642, i thought it was someone nearby. but then a recorded voice said it was amazon telling me they'd taken loads of money from my bank for an iphone purchase and said to press '1' if i wanted to ask about it. i didn’t press any key though, ‘cause i figured it was just a trick to get me onto a costly phone line.
