On 14/11/2022 at about 9.06 in the morning, I got a call from a posh sounding automated voice claiming there were two big charges on my card. It told me to press 1 to approve them or 2 if they weren’t mine. Felt like a clever scam to me. What freaked me out even more was that the caller ID showed a number from my own local area code.
