There was a short pause before a lady called from some firm - can’t quite make out the name - asked how I was doing. Right away, I was thrown off as she didn’t even know my name! I told her I’m on the TPS list and made it clear she should never call me back.

Someone answered pretending to be from "your mobile network, O2" over a noisy call centre line. We don't use O2, so I told them that and then hung up straight away. The number might be spoofed - when I looked it up, it linked to Coulby Medical Practice in Middlesbrough. We don't live there, but if you're in that area, maybe the call is genuine.
