The business is Mainframe located in Portrack, Stockton-on-Tees, and they do home improvements but are pretty infamous for messing things up. Funny enough, the only good review on Google is actually from the owner Geoffrey Longstaff, and all the others are about how rubbish they are. Once they get hold of your phone number, they keep calling and apply pressure to get you to agree to work. If you’ve got a call blocker, definitely block this number. This company really deserves to be reported to BBC Watchdog or Rogue Traders.

This number called me once and then just went silent. The next day around 7 in the evening, they rang back and a lady started asking me how long I’ve owned my current boiler and windows.
