I got a call from someone saying they were with Microsoft and that there was an issue with my PC. I had the phone on loudspeaker, and my little grandkids were right there. Suddenly, the guy began shouting swear words! It was clearly just a scam. They rang again this morning with a number that matched except for the last four digits, but I didn’t pick up.
