So I got a call from this number, sounded like some kind of recorded message saying Ofcom were shutting down my line because of suspicious hacking. Then it told me to press 1 for BT or 2 for something else. Seemed dodgy right from the start so I just ended the call. Later I looked up the number and found it here.
