Got a call from 01642 137997 today, it just rang once then stopped. Was about to ring back but then thought better of it, sounds dodgy to me. Definitely not bothering.

Apparently this was supposed to help put an end to annoying calls, but it hasn’t really done the trick.

This girl called me trying to stop my annoying phone calls. When I asked her where she was ringing from, she said Cardiff. Then I asked if she knew what GDPR meant, and she told me it was to stop me from getting annoying calls. But as soon as I tried to explain the real meaning, she just cut me off!

I told the caller it was a scam after he asked for my bank info trying to stop annoying calls, then he just hung up on me.
