I’ve been getting calls from 01642884566 where some automated lady says they’re charging me £79.99 for an Amazon Prime order. Thing is, I’ve never signed up for or used Prime at all. Over the past three days, they've called me 4 times. I’ve tried ringing Amazon myself but can’t seem to get through to anyone. Proper frustrating!

Got a call from someone saying they were from thirteen group about some unpaid rent from before. When I asked what it was about, she just said “housing benefit or something.” She mentioned the tenancy finished on the 19th, but I told her my coverage only goes until the 17th. I said I'd check with my housing coordinator and let her know, so I'll be doing that today.
