I got a robocall claiming to be from some bank's fraud department, though they never actually said which bank. They said there was suspicious activity on my card and gave options to press 1 to approve or 2 to cancel and talk to someone. After I hung up and tried ringing back, all I got was a busy tone every single time for hours. Checked with my actual bank and they had no record of this number at all. Definitely seemed dodgy to me.
