About six weeks back, I got a call from a consultancy firm in Middlesbrough trying to peddle their services. I made it clear that I wanted my details erased from their list. Yet, the very next day, they rang me up again! Frustrated, I decided to block the number, which just sends their calls straight to voicemail.
