This month I’ve gotten loads of calls about Amazon Prime. It’s usually some American lady on a recorded message. I don’t use Amazon Prime, so I was sure it was a scam right away. One time it was a real bloke on the phone so I told him to stop wasting my time and that his call was a scam. He insisted it wasn’t, but I still just cut him off.

Got a call claiming it was from Amazon about my Prime account. I’m not even signed up for Amazon Prime, so I knew right away it was dodgy. They kept ringing me, though the number showing up on my phone might not be the real one. Pretty sure they're using caller ID spoofing to mess around with the number that pops up.
