I usually pick up when I see an unknown number but keep quiet. If it’s one of those automated calls, they hang up quickly if you don’t say anything. That’s exactly what went down this time, so I’m guessing it was one of those robotic cold calls.

Today at 9:27am, I received a call from 01642 309829. The person said they were representing oil r&g and wanted to speak to the director by name. They also asked if we required bulk fuel.

On 9th August 2021, I picked up a call from a number I didn't recognise, but as soon as I answered, the line just went quiet and they hung up. They didn’t try calling back. So, I ended up checking the number on Who-calls.me.uk. Then, on 10th August 2021, the same number rang again but I didn’t bother to answer.

Interfuels do fuel cards, pretty handy if you drive loads. Makes petrol stops easier and they seem to have decent prices. Worth checking out if you need a fuel card for your car or work vans.
