They trick you with sneaky fine print stuff to take control of ALL your HMRC refunds, even though they’ve done zilch to earn it. They actually admit this on pushy and threatening calls. The dodgy HMRC claims they do, using ‘letters of assignment’, got banned and aren’t legally valid anymore. Best thing is to report them to the FCA and don’t fall for their intimidating phone tactics. Honestly, these firms should be barred from working in the UK.

This number keeps ringing me, sometimes as much as 4 times a day. I never answer and they don’t leave any voicemail. I also got a letter and a bill linked to 01642 309320 from something called Fast Track Reclaim, but there’s no company address on the bill or any return address on the envelope! I never asked for any PPI claim, haven’t got any money back, so I don’t owe anything. This feels like a scam and it really needs to end, it’s annoying and quite worrying.

PPI Fast Track Claims told me I could get money back on PPI I was supposed to be owed. I got £108 but they took 24% commission. Since then, they keep calling non stop even after I told them to stop! They also went after a live payment protection policy I had, even tho I said not to, which caused me a lot of hassle getting it sorted again. I’ve now blocked their number. Seriously, avoid this lot at all costs!!

Seems like some dodgy PPI scam claiming I owe Lloyds £198 for a Fast Track Claim. I never made any claim like that, so I just ignored it and blocked the number. Fast Track kept calling me and sending emails claiming I owed them money for a PPI payout. I told them to get lost. Here’s one of the emails I got: Your reference: CA1690661 It says my invoice of £372.65 is still unpaid for my PPI refund. They want me to pay up as their fees are overdue. I made a claim with fast track and they told me I’d have 22 days to sort the payment once I got the invoice. Now, I’m getting calls, texts, and emails barely a day or two after it arrived. Honestly, just on principle, I’m gonna make them wait before I pay. Plus want to double check if they got paid before I even got the cheque, since the amounts I received and what they said I'd get don’t match up.

I looked up the number that rang me and it’s connected to Fast Track. A while back I got a PPI refund from Black Horse after sorting it out on my own, but now Fast Track are sending me letters saying Black Horse is making a claim and that I owe over £800. Thing is, I got the payout back in early November and now these lot are hassling me about it. It’s really stressing me out, so I’m planning to talk to Citizens Advice about it.

Never deal with Fast Track Reclaim, they try and rip you off as soon as you mention you might get a PPI refund. They claim they have to handle the claim for you and then hit you with a 24% fee, which is just a scam.

so, after they said i never paid any ppi, now these lot are saying they can get back over £9000 i supposedly paid, for a fee of more than £2300. but of course, i have to pay them upfront. like that’s going to happen. they really must think everyone’s daft. i’m just blocking the number and steering well clear. cheers to everyone who shared their stories before - makes me feel less alone in dealing with this nonsense.

I’ve got to hand it to these folks; they've really streamlined the PPI reclaiming process. They assisted me in retrieving a tidy sum - several thousand quid, no less! I actually reached out to them on my own accord, and I must say, the experience was rather pleasant. I would urge anyone to give them a bell for assistance in recovering your rightful dues before the time runs out. It’s astonishing how much I was entitled to that had slipped my mind!
