They keep telling you you’re approved and they’ll help, but when you turn up for the interview, it’s a different story - they push a loan on you that isn’t what you expected. Honestly, I’d avoid them if I were you.

Sounds like one of those loan things to me. If you’ve recently put in an application and it got passed on, expect calls coming at you all day long. Even if you text back with STOP, they don’t seem to listen. They’ll tell you you’re approved and offer help, but when you show up for the interview, it’s something else entirely and they try to push you into accepting it. Personally, I’d give it a wide berth.
