I keep receiving bothersome calls every single day!

I’ve been receiving two or three calls daily from this number, and it’s driving me up the wall! They never bother to leave a message, which makes it all the more irritating. I've no clue who it is, so I’ve ended up blocking the number. However, they still keep ringing, and I’m left with the bother of clearing out my voicemail of all these silent calls. What a nuisance!
