Got a call from a young woman with a Northern accent who used my name straight away. She went on for a while about the climate crisis, renewable energy, and some schemes that could supposedly slash my energy costs. She then mentioned an address that definitely wasn’t mine. I told her she must have got the wrong person and asked her to take my info off their list. She sounded a bit taken aback but kept insisting I might still qualify for what sounded like government funding. She then started probing for personal details, so I just hung up.

Avoid dealing with this firm at all costs. I’ve told them over and over again that I want no part of their offers and asked them to remove my contact details. Sadly, I was tricked by a very similar company with a nearly identical name. They sold me solar panels, but when issues popped up, they simply ignored my calls and refused to sort anything out.
