Today, I received a phone call from someone purporting to be a BT technician who insisted that I grant him remote access to my computer. I suspect this chap is a fraud, likely attempting to pilfer my personal details. Please exercise caution and don’t take his word at face value.

Got a call from someone saying they're with BT's tech team, saying my PC got a virus and there’s some issue. This kind of call is rubbish - BT never ring up about computer problems like that. Total scam.
