Right after that, they just cut the call without even saying goodbye. What’s weird is they already knew my name. Definitely felt sketchy!

This number rang me up earlier today, and the person on the other end said they were from some insurance firm named Albany. Apparently, it was about a crash I supposedly had a couple of years back. Thing is, I’ve never even got behind the wheel, so that instantly seemed fishy. When I explained this to the woman, she just cut me off. Of course, I’ve now blocked the number and reported it to the cops.
