We haven't answered or pressed anything and just blocked the number each time. To be sure, we checked our Amazon account online and there’s been no activity for half a year. Also, whenever we do shop with Amazon (which isn’t often), we always pay right away through bank transfer. The amount they mentioned is totally unfamiliar to us.

To be safe, we checked our Amazon account online - nothing shows up as owing, and there haven’t been any orders in the last six months. Plus, when we do buy something from Amazon, we always pay straight away by bank transfer. So this £79 they mention makes no sense to us at all.
