got a call earlier today from a lady (pre-recorded voice) claiming to be from bt. she said my broadband was hacked and someone was using it overseas. she warned me against doing any online banking and told me to press one to talk to bt security. i just hung up straight away. later i phoned bt myself and turns out it wasn’t from them at all.
