11 yearsThe firm in question is known as SA12 Energy Services, situated at the SA12 Business Centre on Seaway Parade within the Baglan Energy Park in Port Talbot, postcode SA12 7BR. The Managing Director is a chap by the name of Andrew Price.SA12 Energy ServicesSA12 Business CentreSeaway ParadeBaglan Energy ParkPort TalbotAndrew Price11 yearsWhat’s the identity of the individual behind this number?12 yearsI receive a ring from this number every single day without fail. The moment I answer, silence ensues. When I attempt to return the call, I’m greeted with the rather automated response of, "Apologies, the call centre is currently shut." Ofgem has informed me they can’t assist since the number was obtained through 1471. It’s quite infuriating, really.Ofgem12 yearsI received a call earlier claiming to provide Pension Advice. As soon as I brought up the TPS, he quickly apologised. I requested his number for reporting purposes, and he provided me with an 0800 number (which, unfortunately, I couldn't jot down because my pen decided to give up). After that, he hung up. When I attempted to call back to find out the company name, I was met with a recorded message indicating that the call centre was closed. Quite the dodgy experience, to say the least!Pension AdviceTPS12 yearsI've received numerous calls that I've chosen to overlook - thank goodness for caller identification!12 yearsI picked up the phone and informed them I’d fetch the homeowner for them 😉. I asked them to hang tight since it’s quite a sprawling estate, left them waiting for a good five minutes, then rejoined the call to extend my apologies for the hold-up, claiming the owner was en route. I let them twiddle their thumbs for another five minutes, only to find they'd disconnected! 😂 Absolutely brilliant!13 yearsIt just won't stop calling our landline-driving us round the bend!13 yearsI’m absolutely worn out from receiving multiple calls every single day! It's becoming quite tiresome.14 yearsA simple fix for these nuisances… We opted for caller ID last month, and now any unfamiliar numbers are promptly turned away!14 yearsThey seem to ring me about two to three times each week, and today I received two calls from them, no less. I've made it quite clear on multiple occasions that: 1. I’m simply not interested, 2. I’m on the Telephone Preference Service list, 3. I’ve requested they cease contacting me. Yet they continue to persist!15 yearsI received a rather unusual call from these individuals inquiring about insulation grants, which leads me to believe they were representing an insulation firm. When I queried why they hadn’t consulted the Telephone Preference Service beforehand, the young lady on the other end claimed they do check, but some inevitably evade their grasp. Yet, when I pressed her on the effectiveness of this supposed check, she sheepishly confessed that they merely pull numbers from the phone directory. In essence, these chancers completely sidestep the TPS regulations. If you happen to get a call from them, I strongly advise against returning their call!Telephone Preference ServiceTPS15 yearsThe caller is a bit of a mystery, isn't it?Submit Your Own Report (01639 825061)
