I picked up the phone, but all I got was quiet on the other end, then suddenly an automated voice saying ‘goodbye’. Now that number is blocked from my phone.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from BT about my internet, but it was definitely one of those virus scams. They were trying to trick me into giving them access to my computer. Pretty clever how they pretend to be from a well-known company, but I didn’t fall for it. Watch out, it's definitely one of those fake internet support calls!
