I didn’t actually hear the phone ring but then saw a missed call and a message notification pop up. There was this strange buzzing sound and a robotic voice for a few seconds saying I’d be transferred. Then a woman’s voice came on, asking for me by my real name, and after that she kept saying hello like I was the one who’d called. It felt a bit off since I definitely hadn’t made any call.
