I received calls from 0208 077 3478, 01246 983456, and 01729 319598, all claiming to be from TalkTalk, insisting there were problems with my router and internet connection. I decided to hang up on them as it sounded rather dubious. I attempted to use the online chat with TalkTalk not once but twice to clarify the situation, but, as always, their customer service was shockingly inept.
