I opted not to answer the call as it came up as a potential scam.

Had a ring from this number regarding something to do with a Government Scheme for managing debts. Can't quite tell if it's on the up and up or a bit dodgy. It does come across as fairly legitimate, but I can't be absolutely certain at the moment. I'll keep you all posted if I uncover anything more concrete.
