This is clearly a fraudulent scheme targeting individuals for their money.

I received two calls from this number today, but both times they simply disconnected as soon as I picked up. Very odd behaviour, indeed!

I received a call from an unfamiliar number, and I chose to ignore it. They didn't leave a voice message either. I've now decided to block them.
