I got a call from a firm asking about compensation for people who have hearing problems after being in loud workplaces. Looks like they’re trying to get people to claim for noise-related hearing damage.

They didn’t say who they were or why they were ringing, just straight away asked if I was the person they wanted. Then out of nowhere asked if I’d ever worked somewhere noisy? When I said no, she just went “ok thanks” and cut me off. Proper rude if you ask me.
