Received a call regarding a PPI scam, and wouldn't you know, an hour later they rang again claiming to be from my bank. Best advice is to report these calls and absolutely do not engage with them. If you do pick up, they'll keep harassing you! I've had a staggering 18 calls from them just today, starting from 8 in the morning right up to nearly noon - they're identified as PPI and Scam Bank.

I accidentally picked up my phone thinking it was a local UK number. After some weird noises and static, a bloke called "Mark" popped up on the line. No way was I gonna hang about and hear him out, I’ve zero patience for those shady types. If “Mark” really was who he said, then I’d eat my hat!

The number shows up as being from Neath, Glamorgan, which is an area we're linked to, so I picked up. Turns out it was a telesales call though, with a sort of Asian-American accent. I ended the call quick and blocked the number straight away. Do you reckon this number might be forwarded from somewhere else, like a server, making it look UK-based when it's actually calling from abroad?
