Received a call from 016392030-answered it but the line went silent. Tried returning the call using another number and found out it’s some company called Mobiles Direct, trying to chat about our mobile contract! Turns out it’s a number from Port Talbot. Typical dodgy company, honestly. We’re on the Telephone Preference Service and hardly get bothered by calls, except from these shifty firms that clearly haven’t a clue about the rules of proper communication.

Received a call from 01639203000 - answered it, and all I got was silence! Tried giving them a bell back with another number, and it turns out it’s a firm called Mobiles Direct, pestering us about our mobile contract. It’s a number from Port Talbot, and frankly, they seem a bit dodgy. We’re on the Telephone Preference Service (TPS), so we hardly ever receive calls, unless it’s from some shifty company that clearly hasn’t got the courtesy or the intelligence to verify who they’re contacting. It’s quite tiresome, to be honest!
