Just got a call from this number warning me about a £600 charge on my account. The message told me to press one if I hadn’t made that payment. I rang my credit card provider and turns out it’s definitely a scam. Don’t press any buttons, it could end up being really expensive for you! Stay safe everyone.

I got a call from 01638 730307 claiming we owed £6,000 to BT for broadband. Problem is, we don't even have BT as our provider. The person on the phone had a strong foreign accent and their English was pretty poor. Definitely sounds like a scam to me.

I got called five times by this number over the last couple of days. It was some robotic voice claiming there had been £600 fraudulent activity on my Visa card - which I don’t even own. It told me to press 1, but I just ignored it. Honestly, don’t press any buttons if you get these calls. Seems like this number’s linked to yet another scam going around.

I hung up straight away both times, figuring it was a scam. It’s frustrating how these scammers keep getting away with this. They should just shut down all these dodgy numbers if the authorities haven’t caught the culprits yet, so they can’t keep doing this stuff.
