A bloke named Tom rang up saying he needed to chat about some government-backed loft insulation supposedly done in my house. I told him flat out I don’t have any. He insisted I’d had it “topped up” recently though. I asked how he got my landline and personal info, but before I got an answer, he dropped the call. This is actually the second time in a few days I’ve had such a call. I checked “Who called me” after the first one, but nothing showed up there.
