I got a call from a bloke with a proper English accent, asking something like, "Is this about the government-funded loft insulation installed at your place?" Sounded like he expected me to be in the know. I told him straight, "You've called the wrong person, or maybe this is a dodgy call." Then, he just hung up on me. Tried calling back on my mobile, but as soon as I dialled, the call cut off right away.
