2 yearsThis number called me claiming to be from Visa Credit Card’s security team, saying they needed to verify a few recent transactions which I didn’t make. I played along a bit, but when I told the caller I couldn’t confirm their identity and noticed the call was coming from a local area code, they just ended the call. Oddly enough, the same number rang back after the cut! When I checked where the calls came from, the initial one showed as ‘International’ but the follow-up call was listed as local.
