When I received the call, there was an automated voice prompting me to press one, threatening disconnection otherwise. It definitely gave off a whiff of being a scam.

Here's another scammer ringin me up, so don't pick up or text back. Just let it go to voicemail a couple of times and they'll quit botherin you eventually. That's what happened to me anyway.
