He called with a really strong Asian accent and there was the usual buzzing you get from a call centre in the background. He was pushing some deal on cheaper phone and internet services. Strangely, he already had my address and postcode, plus my phone number obviously. When I asked why he needed my birthdate, he said it was to check if I was within the 18 to 72 age range. I told him I was 91 - not true, just wanted to shut him up. I've since blocked the number.
