It dawned on me that whenever engaging with such services, the individual on the receiving end bears the brunt of any potential losses. They were quite insistent and made it clear that if their recommended horse came through, they expected payment, though there was no mention of any guarantees attached. Just to note, this particular call occurred on the 2nd of June, 2020.
