2 yearsGot a random call from a guy with an Asian accent saying he was calling from O2. He claimed he knew I had a contract with them, but never used my name at all. I said yes, I was a customer, but asked him to tell me my name before I carried on. After that, he wanted my email for "security reasons," which I didn’t feel comfortable giving.
