They go by the name Accident Advice Centre but honestly, they’re just insurance hustlers and ambulance chasers. They ring from different numbers, so use this site to check if you get a call from 0161 854 0209. They keep pestering people and try to get stuff like your National Insurance number out of you. Don’t share any info with them and make sure to report them to the ICO, though I reckon they might not even be based in the UK. The phone numbers they use seem to be from Manchester, Warrington, and Newquay in Cornwall.
