Got a call from a number I don’t recognise, didn’t leave a message. This is the third time they’ve rung me in just a couple of days.

Received a call on my mobile from this number. I tend to ignore calls from unfamiliar sources. If it was a genuine caller, they would have left a voicemail, but nothing came through. Consequently, I’ve decided to block the number.

I picked up this random number, and as usual, after confirming it was me, I said straight away, “Let me guess, you’re ringing about a timeshare?” The bloke said, “Not quite,” but I didn’t let him carry on. I told him, “You’re just gonna talk nonsense like all the others and want me to use you against my timeshare company.” Then I just told him to get lost and hung up. Honestly, this is probably the 80th different number that’s called me about timeshares over the past year. It got so bad we ended up unplugging the landline at one point!
